These Terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using Reliefy, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Reliefy provides online mental health support services, which may include:

  • Access to a moderated mental health community
  • General guidance from coaches
  • Optional 1:1 sessions with therapists or coaches

Our services are intended for emotional support and guidance only.

2. Not Medical or Emergency Care

Reliefy does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency mental health services.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

3. Community Use & Anonymous Participation

Users may participate anonymously in community spaces. You agree to:

  • Treat others with respect
  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or harmful content
  • Not encourage self-harm or violence

We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Coaches & Therapists

  • Coaches provide general guidance and support, not therapy.
  • Therapists provide professional services only through scheduled 1:1 sessions.
  • Any advice shared in community chats is general in nature and not personalized therapy.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Some services require payment and may be offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Failed payments may result in loss of access.

6. Session Booking & Cancellations

  • Sessions are subject to availability.
  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded.
  • Rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking.

7. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The information you share on the platform
  • Your interactions with other users and professionals
  • Understanding that outcomes vary and no results are guaranteed

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Payments fail
  • The platform is misused

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell personal data. Community conversations may be moderated for safety. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
