At Reliefy, we aim to provide accessible and reliable mental wellness support. This Refund and cancellation explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made on our platform.
By purchasing a service from Reliefy, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Community Membership
Community membership fees are non-refundable once access to the community has been granted.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future billing.
2. Therapy Sessions
Refunds for therapy sessions may be issued under the following circumstances:
Eligible for Refund
A refund may be granted if:
- The therapist fails to attend the scheduled session
- A technical issue prevents the session from taking place
- The cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The user misses the scheduled session
- The cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the session
- The session has already been completed
3. Subscription Plans
For subscription-based plans:
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Reliefy does not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
4. Exceptional Cases
In rare situations, Reliefy may provide refunds at its sole discretion if a service could not be delivered as promised.

6. Payment Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
